New 35 Acre Subdivision with 75 Homes Approved Just North of Springboro High School!

This new subdivision will feature newly built homes by M/I Homes and will specifically be focused on advertising ranch homes which are currently in high demand. There are still many details to be worked out but the builder is hoping to break ground this summer!
