For the past two years, we’ve been building twenty new townhomes on Mechanic Street in historic downtown Lebanon — the only new product of its kind in the district, and likely the last.
Here’s what we built:
• Two bedroom plans are 1,745 square feet. Three bedroom plans are 2,223 square feet. Full brick exteriors designed to fit well in the historic district. Built-in garage. Second-floor balcony.
• A three-floor townhouse design. First floor: garage, entry, and a dedicated office with a door that closes. Second floor: open kitchen, dining, and living. Third floor: bedrooms and laundry, quiet and removed from the rest of the house.
• A five-minute walk to Main Street. Golden Lamb and Broadway shops. The Saturday Farmers Market. The Riverwalk along Turtle Creek.
Pricing starts in the high $400s. The preferred financing package, including a 4.99% rate with a 2-1 buy-down, 50% tax savings, and unlimited future refinances at $0 closing, can land qualified buyers at around $2,400 to $2,500 per month.
On Thursday, July 9, Justin Doyle will be on-site. The JDH team will be available for tours, talk through the financing package, and answer questions. Seven units are move-in ready. Six more arrive within 60 days.
